The basic ether equations, describing ether dynamics on the characteristic times and scales of the order of the atomic ones, are compared with macro-level ether equations, proposed for description of the phenomena on much larger scales. The analysis of the differences between the ether equations and the classical equations of continuum mechanics, including the equations of gas and hydrodynamics, is given. The system, generalizing Maxwell-Lorentz equations, is derived from the ether equations. Presented results provide a new mathematical tool for detailed study of the micro and macro-level phenomena, open up possibility of designing fundamentally new technical devices for the production and storage of energy, information processing and controlling gravity.

Keywords: partial differential equations, complex dynamic systems, ether, generalized Maxwell-Lorentz equations.
