Solutions of the ether equations appropriate to hydrogen states with reduced atomic radius (so called hydrino states) are found. The amount of energy release in transition to hydrino is determined. The activation energy of the transition is calculated. The stability of hydrogen hydrino and exited states is studied. The obtained results allow explaining and performing quantitative analyses of anomalous heat production in experiments with hydrogen and high energetics of ball plasma objects, observed in nature.
